What is the order turnaround time?

We will make every attempt to ship your order in timely manner once the payment is authorized and according to the availability of merchandise.  Our order turnaround time is approximately 1-3 business days from receipt of the order.  Please note, orders received after 12pm (HST) will be processed the following day.

How long does a shipment usually take?

We ship with USPS or FedEx from our Kaneohe, Hawaii warehouse.  Expect approximately 3 – 5 business days for domestic delivery (depending on the destination).  Please contact us if you would like your order expedited for an additional charge or to inquire regarding International deliveries.  At the moment, we do not offer express or expedited shipping.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

When your order begins its journey to you, you will receive a order confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.  Please call our Customer service at 866-486-9002 or email regarding the shipping rates.  International orders will be shipped via USPS International First Class or Priority.  Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy and oversized orders.  Please note that international orders are subject to applicable customs & import duties and local taxes, which is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Will I be charged Customs fees?

Please note we are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Please be advised that is not responsible for tariffs, local taxes and/or import duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international orders.  Also, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held by Custom for delivery.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) via PayPal.  The total dollar amount of your order is charged at the time your credit card is approved.  Also note that all charges for purchased merchandise will appear on your credit card statement as either KC Company Ltd or KC Hawaii.

Hawaii Sales Tax

Hawaii Sales tax (4.712%) is automatically applied to your order if the shipping address is in the state of Hawaii. 

Returns and Exchanges

Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return or exchange items purchased from KC Hawaii with an original Invoice or packing list.  All returned items must be in their original factory condition and in their original packages, packing materials, etc.  Unauthorized returns will be refused.

KC Hawaii is currently unable to accept as returns or exchanges:

We will not issue call tags for the customer's return merchandise unless a special arrangement has been made.  A 20% restocking charge would be applied for all returns.  Return shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Product Out of Stock or Discontinued

Occasionally items may be out of stock due to high demand or discontinued.  We will notify you as soon as possible if it pertains to your order item and provide you with an estimated delivery time.

Can I use your product images on my Blog or Vlog?

Yes! However, if you are using our images, you must notify us first and link back to our website.
