Domestic US Orders Only
All continental US orders will be shipped by a standard delivery process via FedEx 2-day Service or United States Postal Services. Our order processing time is approximately 1-3 business days. Once shipped, package will typically arrive within 3-5 business days (except holiday). Please note, orders received after 12pm (HST) will be processed the following day. At the moment, we do not offer express or expedited shipping. The shipping and handling costs are calculated according to the total weight of the merchandise in your order. Total value of merchandise before tax or other charges. All prices are expressed in US dollars.

We are able to ship to select International countries. Please contact our Customer service at 866-486-9002 or email email@example.com regarding the shipping rates for your location. International orders will be shipped via USPS International First Class or Priority. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy and oversized orders.
Duties for International Orders
Please note we are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Please be advised that KCHawaii.com is not responsible for tariffs, local taxes and/or import duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international orders. We are legally obligated by Custom to list the original purchase price of any item(s) on the invoice. Also, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held by Custom for delivery.
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse delivery of the item(s) when it reaches your home or place of business, you will be charged for all shipping costs, including the cost to return the item to KC Company Ltd. (KC Hawaii). You will also be charged for any handling and 20% restocking fee. This does not apply to refusal of damaged product.
We are required to collect Sales Tax on goods shipped within State of Hawaii. Sales Tax is applied to your order in accordance with your individual state tax guidelines and will be calculated with your order is placed.
Damages or Shortages
We strongly recommend that you open and inspect every package immediately upon delivery. Failing to take this precautionary step may cause unnecessary delays or even negate our ability to assist you should an item be missing or damaged. If you do not inspect each package, KC Hawaii cannot be held responsible for any claims you make regarding damaged or missing items.
We do not sell or ship seconds, defective or damaged products. We carefully inspect all items prior to shipment to ensure that they are in good condition and that all items are shipped correctly. However, from time to time, items will be damaged in transit or may be missing from the shipment. We will gladly assist you with a claim for damage or a missing item as long as the correct procedures have been followed.
Returns and Exchanges
Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return or exchange items purchased from KC Hawaii with an original Invoice or packing list. All returned items must be in their original factory condition and in their original packages, packing materials, etc. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
KC Hawaii is currently unable to accept as returns or exchanges:
- Sale & opened items
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Items returned without an original Invoice or packing list
We will not issue call tags for the customer's return merchandise unless a special arrangement has been made. A 20% restocking charge will be applied for all returns. Return shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Refunds that are approved will be issued back to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, as processing time can vary depending on your bank.
We are unable to issue refund for Sales items, only regular priced items may be refunded.
