What is the turnaround time?

We will make every attempt to ship your order in timely manner after the payment is authorized and according to the availability of merchandise. Our turnaround time is approximately 1-2 business days from receipt of the order.

How long does a shipment usually take?

We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx from our Kaneohe, Hawaii warehouse.  Expect approximately 3 – 7 business days for domestic delivery (depending on the destination). Please contact us if you would like your order expedited for an additional charge or to inquire regarding International deliveries.

What are my payment options?

We accept either checks, money orders and credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).  The total dollar amount of your order is charged at the time your card is approved.  Also note that all charges for purchased merchandise will appear on your credit card statement as either KC Company Ltd or KC Hawaii.  Please note that payment by check or money orders may cause a slight delay as we will not process the order until payment is authorized.

How are shipping charges calculated?

All continental US orders will be shipped by a standard delivery process via UPS Ground Service or United States Postal Services, unless specified otherwise.  The shipping and handling charges is based on the purchased amount.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.  Please call our Customer service at (808) 486-9002 or email orders@kchawaii.com regarding the shipping rates.  International orders will be shipped via USPS International.  Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy and oversized orders.  Please note that international orders are subject to applicable customs & import duties and local taxes, which is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Hawaii Sales Tax?

Sales tax (4.712%) is automatically applied to your order if the shipping address is in the state of Hawaii. 

Returns and Exchanges

Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may return or exchange items purchased from KCHawaii.com with an original receipt or packing invoice.  All returned items must be in their original factory condition and in their original packages, packing materials, etc.  Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Please contact our customer service either by email or telephone to request an "Return Authorization Number (RA#)".  A 20% restocking charge would be applied for all returns.  Shipping and handling charge are not refundable.

Product Out of Stock or Discontinued?

Occasionally items may be out of stock due to high demand or discontinued. We will notify you as soon as possible if it pertains to your order item and provide you with an estimated delivery time.
