We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards (Visa & MasterCard). Returned or bounced checks are subject to additional charges and delays to the ordering process. Please keep in mind that mail orders may have a slight delay due to personal check verification.

Shipping Information (Online Retail Purchase!)

All continental US orders will be shipped by a standard delivery process via UPS Ground Service, unless specified otherwise. It takes approximately 3 - 7 business days for UPS delivery for items in stock. The shipping and handling charges is based on the purchased amount.

International deliveries also available via Postal mail or specified preferred carriers. Please contact customer service for specific delivery method and freight charges.

Tariffs and Taxes: International customers will be responsible for tariffs and taxes imposed on each shipment by the customer's country.  Customers will be billed directly by the carrier for said tariffs and taxes.

Exchange, Damage, and Errors

All claims must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. Should damage occur during the shipment, please retain all parts, packing material and merchandise and call shipping company, UPS or other assigned carriers, for a damage inspection.

Prices & Sales Tax

All merchandises will be shipped at prices in effect at the time of shipping. Prices are subject to change and items may be discontinued without prior notice. We required to collect applicable sales tax for order shipped to HI.

Returns and Restocking Charge

Unauthorized returns will be refused. Please write or call us for authorization. No return after 15 days of invoice date. Refer to invoice number on all correspondences. We will not issue call tags for the customer's return merchandises unless a special arrangement has been made. A 20% restocking charge would be applied for all returns. Customers are responsible for the return freight charge.

Product Out of Stock or Discontinued

Occasionally items may be out of stock due to high demand or discontinued. We will notify you as soon as possible if it pertains to your order item and provide you with an estimated delivery time.
