Retail vs. Wholesale
We offer our products to both regular consumers and retailers who plan to place bulk orders. The main difference is clearly the "price" of each product. The approved and qualified retailers will be able to view our wholesale prices whereas the regular consumers will only see the online retail prices.

How do I place my order as regular consumer?

Easiest way is to take advantage of our online shopping cart to make your purchases real-time and effortless. You could also phone in your order to us at (808) 486-9002 or fax in at (808) 487-3238.

How do I qualify to view the wholesale price list?

First, you will need to complete the New Account Application Form under the wholesale section or simply contact us to set up your account. Then, we will review your request and verify your establishment thoroughly to determine your status. Once your request is approved, we will assign a “wholesale” ID to your account and prompt you access to the wholesale price list and begin to place order. Minimum order amount is $150.00 for first time purchaser (excluding freight or sales tax) and require minimum of two quantities per item.

When will my order ship?

Your order will be processed and shipped once the payment is authorized. We ship via UPS Ground Service and from Aiea, Hawaii warehouse daily.

When will I receive my order?

We will make every attempt to ship your order in timely manner after the payment is authorized and according to availability of the stock. It takes approximately 3 – 7 business days for domestic delivery (depending on the destination). Please contact us if you would like your order expedited for an additional charge or inquire regarding the International deliveries.

What are the payment options?

We accept credit card (Visa and MasterCard), check, or money orders for both regular consumer and wholesale account. Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped. At this point your shipping total will be calculated. COD is available for wholesale account and qualified merchant only. Please note that if paid by either check or money orders may cause slight delay as we will not process the order until the payment is authorized.

Is the online payment secure?

We have employed the VeriSign payment solution to ensure your transaction is secured. The credit card information you inputted is collected and hosted on a secure VeriSign server; therefore, the credit card information is not being transmitted over the internet and is protected by both data encryption and firewall protection.

What is the return policy (online retail purchase only)?

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from us and must be reported within 15 day of the receipt of merchandise. Please contact us with your concerns and the returning process. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. All clearance-item sales are final.
